Statements of Work (SOWs)

A Statement of Work is contractual document describing the project terms, approximate timeline, time and materials pricing or estimated cost, and how DevFacto and the client expect to work together.

Everyone on the team should be familiar with this document, and it is extremely important that the team understands it, as the SOW describes what the client's expectations are going in to the project.

Although this is a documented agreement, the team should still see this as a starting point that does not handcuff us to a specific direction when a better one is uncovered.

With that said, it is extremely important to understand that changes to this agreement must only happen as a result of working closely with the customer and need to be communicated clearly and agreed to by the client (your DE will help navigate this).
